目的为了符合中国政府关于民用气雾剂产品的VOC含量不得超过45%~55%的规定,创新开发了新型家庭和工业的喷雾杀虫浓缩液制剂LBC-4022A、4026A和4026B。方法采用国际领先的低成本、稳定的乳化(o/w)和反乳化(w/o)技术,以及按照国家标准开展的杀虫生测方法。结果采用以上技术成功开发了快速击倒(KT50<2 min)、长效残留(2个星期)和低抗性、低VOC(<20%)的杀虫气雾剂和喷射剂,它们的活性成分分别是:α-氯氰菊酯+d-胺菊酯+精油、苯醚氰菊酯+d-胺菊酯+精油,是基于新型拟除虫菊酯、天然精油(作为增效助剂取代PBO)、绿色可再生的溶剂和EPA第三、四类惰性表面活性剂的组合。结论杀虫气雾剂和喷射剂杀虫剂具有快速击倒(KT50<2 min)、长效残留(2个星期)和低抗性、低VOC(<20%)的特点,符合国际标准,值得推广。
Objectives To meet the Chinese government’s requirement that the VOC content of civilian aerosol products should not exceed 45% -55%, new family and industrial spray insecticidal concentrate formulations LBC-4022A, 4026A and 4026B have been innovated. The method adopts the world’s leading low cost, stable emulsification (o / w) and demulsification (w / o) technology, as well as the pesticide biomonitoring method in accordance with national standards.
