The preparation of high-quality Josephson junctions is not only for the study of high T. The physical properties of superconductors and their weak connections are of great importance for the application of funtional electronics. However, due to the short coherence length and anisotropy of these oxide superconducting materials, this results in the preparation of weak links A great obstacle.Recently, many kinds of high Tc junctions have made great progress.In this paper, we report the Josephson effect of the grain boundary junctions formed by epitaxial growth of YBa2Cu3O7 thin films on a bimorph substrate. The preparation of the crystal junction consists of three processes: (1) sintering of the substrate; (2) deposition of YBa_2cu_3O_7 thin film; (3) preparation of the pattern. The double crystal has two (001) A certain angle of yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ) pressure sintering
