本文基于纤维的耐热性分析,对比分析了玄武岩矿物纤维、聚脂纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维三种常用道路加筋纤维材料加热前后对混合料性能影响规律。研究表明:聚丙烯腈纤维分散性最好,而玄武岩矿物纤维与聚酯纤维分散性相当;三种纤维均可提高沥青混合料的高低温及水稳定性;玄武岩矿物纤维加热前后对沥青混合料的加筋作用具有较高的性能稳定性,聚酯纤维次之而聚丙烯腈纤维最差。
Based on the analysis of the heat resistance of the fiber, the influence of the three kinds of commonly used reinforced fiber materials, including basalt mineral fiber, polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber, on the properties of the mixture before and after heating was analyzed. The results show that the dispersion of polyacrylonitrile fiber is the best, while that of basalt mineral fiber and polyester fiber are equivalent. The three fibers can improve the high and low temperature and the water stability of asphalt mixture. Before and after basalt mineral fiber heating, The reinforcing effect has a higher performance stability, followed by polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber worst.
