Q245R金属材料的导热系数约为45W/m·K,屈服强度≥245R(N/M2),正常使用情况下能很好地作为导热介质传递热能,在承压锅炉制造中被广泛采用于受压元件使用时,由于材质受水侧水循环、火侧热能传递的双重影响,极易在使用不当的情况下产生各种应力腐蚀、裂纹。作为管板使用时,水侧水循环不畅、表面附着水垢,会影响钢材的热传导;而高温烟气对形状规则的管板的直接冲刷,更难抑制其应力腐蚀、裂纹的产生。
