目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合高压氧对急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效。方法将100例急性一氧化碳中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予高压氧治疗(每日一次),同时常规静滴胞磷胆碱、甘露醇等药物;治疗组在对照组的基础上联用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320mg静滴,每日一次,疗程为14天。结果治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率83%。治疗组在促进神经功能恢复、减少迟发性脑病发生率方面,与对照组相比,有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒有明显优势,能有效促进重症患者肢体功能恢复,减少迟发性脑病出现。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cinepazide maleate injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods 100 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy (once a day), meanwhile, regular intravenous infusion of citicoline, mannitol and other drugs; treatment group In the control group based on the combination of cinepazide maleate injection 320mg intravenously once daily for 14 days. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 83% in the control group. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant difference in promoting neurological function recovery and reducing the incidence of delayed encephalopathy, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Cinepazide maleate injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen has obvious advantages in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. It can effectively promote the recovery of limb function in critically ill patients and reduce the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy.
