核心力量在健美操运动中的主要作用是保持理想的身体姿势、提高竞技运动运动技能和水平。在日常健美操教学中,可以有效的提高学生的学习进程和对技术动作的掌握,作用十分明显。本文旨在队健美操教学中如何适当的进行核心力量训练进行探讨,以便于队健美操教学提供帮助。
The core force in aerobics movement in the main role is to maintain the ideal body posture, improve competitive sports skills and level. In daily aerobics teaching, can effectively improve the students learning process and the mastery of technical action, the role is very obvious. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to train the core strength in aerobics teaching so as to facilitate the aerobics teaching.
