针对贵阳奥体中心主体育场罩篷空间钢管桁架屋盖中的上、下弦相贯节点,进行了足尺节点破坏试验。详细介绍了试验方案、过程、现象和结果。根据试件的受力全过程特点,进行了试验数据分析,了解各加载阶段相贯节点的应力分布情况,得出了此工程节点的破坏模式。并运用有限元软件,从应力、应变和位移三方面对钢管相贯节点进行全过程屈曲分析。揭示了相贯节点的受力性能、塑性区的扩展过程和节点区的应力、应变分布状态,进一步确定了空间相贯节点的破坏准则和承载力确定准则。将节点试验结果、有限元计算结果和规范计算结果进行了对比,并对空间相贯节点的空间相关性予以分析和探讨。
A full-scale joint failure test was carried out for the upper and lower chord intersections in the steel dome truss roof of Guiyang Olympic Sports Center Stadium. Details of the test program, process, phenomena and results. According to the characteristics of the whole process of the specimen, the experimental data were analyzed to understand the stress distribution of the intersecting nodes in each loading stage, and the failure modes of this engineering node were obtained. And the finite element software was used to analyze the whole process of the steel pipe joints from three aspects of stress, strain and displacement. The mechanical behavior of the joint, the expansion process of the plastic zone and the distribution of stress and strain in the joint zone are revealed, and the failure criterion and the determination criterion of the bearing capacity are further confirmed. The experimental results of the joints, the results of the finite element calculation and the results of the canonical calculation are compared. The spatial correlation of the spatial nodes is analyzed and discussed.
