本文以对15名数学差生的转变工作为例,对所研究的差生进行分类,有针对性地制定了转变工作计划,通过跟踪调查、家访,探求差生不良的数学学习习惯形成的有关因素,制定并实行了相应的措施,分析总结工作中所取得的成果,试图寻求一套符合农村中学现状的差生转变工作方法。
In this paper, taking the transformation of 15 math students as an example, this paper classifies the poor students who study, and formulates a plan to change the work plan in a targeted manner. Through tracking the survey, home visits, and explore the math learning habits of poor students to form the relevant factors, And implemented the corresponding measures to analyze and summarize the achievements made in the work, trying to find a set of poor students’ working methods that are in line with the present conditions of rural middle schools.
