大学英语作为一门基础教育课程,一直以来都十分重视学生的英语实践和应用能力。但是,很多大学生仍旧处于“哑巴”英语的状态。当前很多高校都在大刀阔斧地缩减大学英语教学学时,使本就不易的英语教学,面临着更大的挑战。笔者将以韩礼德的语法隐喻理论为基础,从概念隐喻的角度探讨如何有效利用英语课堂教学,提高和优化学生的英语认知能力和结构,促进其语言产出能力的提高。
As a basic education course, college English has always attached great importance to students’ English practice and applied ability. However, many college students are still “dumb” English. At present, many colleges and universities are drastically reducing the number of college English teaching hours, making it difficult for English teaching, facing greater challenges. Based on Halliday’s theory of grammatical metaphor, the author will explore how to make effective use of English classroom teaching from the perspective of conceptual metaphor, improve and optimize students’ English cognitive abilities and structures, and promote their language output ability.
