目的为了提高社区儿童免疫工作的工作效率,就要对整个社区的儿童免疫工作进行系统、完整的规划,因而需要引入新的、高效的、人性的服务模式。方法自2007年本社区开始进行规律的社区儿童免疫工作以来,笔者不断对管理的模式进行探索和改进,在社区中也建立了信息化管理系统,并且将儿童的户籍管理转向了地化管理。结果在社区工作人员的共同努力下,人性化的管理模式以及信息化的管理大大提高了工作效率,使得疫苗接种工作的安排能够更快的通知到每家每户,这使得信息延误的情况大大降低,纠纷也大幅减少。结论人性化以及信息化的管理措施能够使社区儿童免疫工作有更好的进展,这些措施的提供为社区儿童免疫工作的改进提供了思路。
Objective To improve the work efficiency of child immunization work in the community, it is necessary to carry out a systematic and complete planning of child immunization work in the entire community. Methods Since this community started regular community immunization work in 2007, the author has continuously explored and improved the mode of management, established an information management system in the community, and turned the household registration management of children into a geo-management. Results With the joint efforts of community staff, the humane management mode and the management of information greatly improved the work efficiency, and the arrangement of vaccination work can be notified to every household faster, which greatly delayed the information delivery Reduce disputes also significantly reduced. Conclusion Humanization and informatization management measures can make better progress in children’s immunization work in the community. The provision of these measures has provided ideas for improving the community’s child immunization work.
