目的：探讨护理路径对老年高血压患者健康教育的影响。方法将135例老年高血压患者按照数字表法随机分为两组，研究组采用健康教育护理路径进行干预，对照组采用传统的健康教育，观察9周。比较两组患者高血压知识知晓率、血压控制情况及治疗依从性。结果研究组患者对高血压知识的知晓率和血压控制情况显著优于对照组(P <0.01)，治疗依从率显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论应用护理路径对老年高血压患者进行健康教育，可以提高患者自我保健意识和治疗依从性，有效控制血压，提高生活质量。“,”Objective To explore the effect of health education nursing path on senile hypertension patients.Methods A total of 135 senile hypertension pa-tients were assigned to two groups according to random number table,research group received health edu-cation clinical path,and control group did traditional health education for 9 weeks.Awareness rate of hy-pertension knowledge,blood pressure control and treatment compliance were compared between two groups.Results Awareness rate of hypertension knowledge and blood pressure control were significantly better (P <0.01)and treatment compliance higher (P <0.01)in research than in control group.Conclu-sion Health education nursing path could boost patients’self-care consciousness and treatment compli-ance,effectively control blood pressure,and improve quality of life.
