目前,兰州市生产的食用菌主要是平菇、凤尾菇,其次是蘑菇,香菇有少量生产,其它菇类如金针菇、草菇、猴头等还没有生产栽培。兰州市有200万人口,是西北地区的一个较大的食用菌消费市场。近二年来食用菌生产有很大发展,但是还没有形成一定的商品生产规模,每年各类鲜菇上市量不到25万公斤。1990年全市栽培面积近15000平方米,大部分由郊、县菇农租用或利用人防地道,空闲房屋,果窖等进行生产,少量由城市工矿企业内部经营生产。生产品种少,单产低,规模小是本市主要问题。随着人们对食用菌的认识逐步提高,以及生活水平、食品结构的变化,市民对食用菌的需求量越来越大。91年兰州市各菜市场食
