用紫外 -可见分光光度计 ,通过测定反应过程中重铬酸盐转化率的方法 ,对废弃纤维素还原重铬酸盐制备铬鞣液的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明 :纤维素含量高 ,反应快 ;纤维素的结晶度高 ,反应慢。酸的用量增加、液比降低 ,反应速率升高。纤维素和葡萄糖分别还原重铬酸盐的反应速率 ,随着温度的升高而升高 ,但纤维素的反应速率明显低于葡萄糖的反应速率
By using UV - visible spectrophotometer, the influencing factors of chromium dichromate prepared by cellulose reduction of waste cellulose were studied by measuring the dichromate conversion during the reaction. The results showed that the content of cellulose was high and the reaction was fast. The cellulose had high crystallinity and slow reaction. Increasing the amount of acid, liquid ratio decreased, the reaction rate increased. The reaction rates of reducing dichromate by cellulose and glucose, respectively, increased with the increase of temperature, but the reaction rate of cellulose was obviously lower than that of glucose
