为了提高柴油机油环的刮油能力,降低润滑油的消耗量,目前国内外柴油机已广泛采用螺旋撑簧组合油环,并取得良好的效果。本文将根据力学中的曲梁理论和能量法提出一种计算方法,以作为组合油环基本结构设计的依据。使用本文推导的结果,可以从设计上通过调整螺旋的结构参数,使组合油环与气缸壁接触的单位压力达到预定的数值。经我们用这种方法对国产G300系列柴油机和引进的PC2-5柴油机组合油环验算的结果表明,其切向弹力的计算值与实际值是相当接近的。
In order to improve the oil scraping ability of the diesel oil ring and reduce the consumption of the lubricating oil, at present, the diesel oil spins have been widely used in the domestic and foreign diesel engines and have achieved good results. In this paper, a calculation method is proposed based on the theory of curved beam and the energy method in mechanics as the basis for the design of the basic structure of the oil ring. Using the results deduced in this paper, the unit pressure of the combined oil ring and the cylinder wall can reach the predetermined value by adjusting the structural parameters of the spiral. After we use this method on the domestic G300 series diesel engine and the introduction of the PC2-5 diesel engine oil ring checking results show that the calculated value of the tangential spring and the actual value is quite close.
