对攀钢转炉钒渣水法提钒预处理工艺中磁性物的去除进行了研究 ,并对磁选及筛选的原理、可行性、优化方案等进行了探索。试验结果表明 ,筛选分离所得非磁性物中的磁性物含量有所降低 ,而且磁性物中夹带的钒渣量大大减少。 In this paper, the removal of magnetic materials in vanadium slag hydrothermal vanadium extraction pretreatment process in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was studied. The principle, feasibility and optimization of magnetic separation and screening were explored. The test results show that the content of the magnetic substance in the non-magnetic material obtained by the screening and separation is reduced, and the amount of the vanadium slag entrained in the magnetic substance is greatly reduced.
