金秋十月,自年初开始的人社系统窗口单位作风建设专项行动已接近尾声。10个月的专项行动取得的效果十分明显,各类窗口单位的服务意识普遍提升,经办水平明显提高,管理效能有所增强,社会评价不断向好。从各级各部门的明察暗访和收集的反馈意见看,群众对这次专项行动是欢迎、支持和认可的。他们觉得人社部门的工作态度更好了,服务更加规范了,环境更加舒适了,人文关怀更多了,办事比以前更方便了。总体来讲,人社部门服务公众的形象得到了进一步改善。
