随着企业社会责任理念在中国逐步为企业、政府以及更广泛的大众所接受和认可,越来越多的企业尝试将社会责任融入公司运营实践。由此,CRO(首席责任官)这一职位在企业中的地位和作用逐步显现。目前,中国的大部分企业还没有设立专职企业社会责任或可持续发展经理、主管的职位,大多由人力资源、公共事务、合作交流等部门的经理或总监负责企业社会责任事务。为了促进企业CRO或准CRO的能力提升,本刊特与美国人力资源管理协会(SHRM)联合开办“CRO访谈”栏目,从促进企业社会责任工作和CSR专业人才培养的角度,邀请中外企业的社会责任官员,分享和交流他们的专业知识和技能,分享企业社会责任项目和实践的经验。本期“CRO访谈”的嘉宾是美国联合技术公司(以下称UTC)企业公民与社区发展总监Andrea Doane。
As the concept of corporate social responsibility is gradually accepted and endorsed by enterprises, governments and the wider public in China, more and more enterprises are trying to integrate social responsibility into their corporate operations. As a result, CRO (Chief Liability Officer) this position in the enterprise status and role gradually. At present, most of the enterprises in China have not set up full-time CSR or sustainable development managers and supervisory positions. Most of them are managers or directors of human resources, public affairs, cooperation and exchange and are responsible for corporate social responsibility affairs. In order to promote the improvement of corporate CRO or prospective CRO, JP Morgan and HRR (SHRM) jointly launched the “CRO Interview” column. From the perspective of promoting corporate social responsibility and training of CSR professionals, we invited Chinese and foreign enterprises Social responsibility officers to share and exchange their expertise and skills and to share their experiences in CSR projects and practices. This issue of “CRO Interview” was hosted by Andrea Doane, corporate citizenship and community development director at United Technologies Corporation (UTC).
