随着市场经济的发展,我国事业单位也获得了长足发展。在事业单位的发展中,人力资源管理的重要性日益凸显。作为人力资源管理的一种有效手段,激励机制对员工的工作积极性和工作态度都有很大影响。有效的激励机制不仅能够提高员工的工作积极性和工作效率,而且能够促进人力资源管理,实现事业单位的长效发展。然而目前,我国的事业单位人力资源的发展却陷入瓶颈,激励机制这一有力工具并没有在事业单位管理中得到很好的运用。鉴于此,笔者立足于事业单位,针对人力资源管理中的激励机制展开研究与探讨,希望能够有助于黄岛区事业单位人力资源的发展。
With the development of market economy, our institutions have also made great strides. In the development of public institutions, the importance of human resources management has become increasingly prominent. As an effective means of human resource management, the incentive mechanism has a great impact on the staff’s enthusiasm and work attitude. Effective incentive mechanism not only can improve staff’s work enthusiasm and work efficiency, but also can promote human resources management and realize the long-term development of PSUs. However, at present, the development of human resources in China’s public institutions is in a bottleneck. The powerful tool of incentive mechanism has not been well used in the management of public institutions. In view of this, the author based on institutions, for human resources management incentive mechanism for research and discussion, hoping to contribute to human resources development in Huangdao District institutions.
