双侧前庭性疾病 (ｂｉｌａｔｅｒａｌｖｅｓｔｉｂｕｌｏｐａｔｈｙ)不是一种独立的疾病。其发生于双侧内耳的平衡部分受到损害 ,可为急性如中毒或代谢等原因引起 ;可为慢性疾病或双侧前庭功能先后丧失。双侧前庭性疾病表现为Ｄａｎｄｙ’ｓ综合征 ,典型症状包括失衡和视觉症状 Bilateral vestibular disease is not an independent disease.
