消费分层作为社会分层的一个重要维度,是大众消费时代的一种必然,是市场机制发展不平等和社会生活多样化的正常体现。消费分层本质上是社会资源和消费机会在不同消费群体中的分配及分配方式的差异。消费分层的标准应以消费公正为原则,通过制度保障,促使消费分层的公正、规范、有序,保持不同阶层之间消费级差的适度合理。同时,加强消费伦理疏导,使不同消费阶层差异有序、和而不同、美美与共,实现消费和谐,促进社会和谐发展。
As an important dimension of social stratification, consumer stratification is a necessity of mass consumption era and a normal embodiment of the inequality of market mechanism and diversification of social life. The stratification of consumption is essentially the difference between the distribution and distribution of social resources and consumption opportunities in different consumer groups. The criterion of consumer stratification should be based on the principle of fairness of consumption and ensure fairness, standardization and orderliness of consumption stratification through institutional guarantee so as to maintain a proper and reasonable consumption gap between different strata. At the same time, we will strengthen the ethics-based guidance on consumption so that the different consumer groups will have orderly differences with the United States and the United States so as to achieve harmony in consumer spending and promote harmonious social development.
