Merkel细胞癌(merkel cell carcinoma,MCC)是原发于皮肤触觉小体的神经内分泌恶性肿瘤,临床罕见,我院发现左面部皮肤巨大MCC 1例,报告如下。1病例报告患者女,67岁。2003年3月发现左面部鼻根部和左眼睑结合处肿物,无痛,进行性增大。2003年7月5日在外院行局部肿物切除,术后病理报告:左鼻根部小细胞癌。术后未行放射治疗和化疗。2003年10月9日局部复发且肿物生长迅速,3个月后长成“拳头”大小,扩大至左面部大 Merkel cell carcinoma (merkel cell carcinoma, MCC) is a primary neuroendocrine malignant tumors of the skin tactile bodies, clinical rare, found in our hospital a huge case of left MCC skin 1, the report is as follows.
