以北方某核电站空调盘管冻结为例,根据流水结冰和静水结冰的不同原理对核电站空调盘管冻结的原因进行了分析和研究。针对冷、热水盘管不同类型分别提出了解决盘管冻结的措施,介绍了一体化迎风旁通加热盘管在防冻方面的优点,为核电站空调设备的防冻设计提供了方法。
Taking the freezing of air conditioning coil of a nuclear power station in North China as an example, the reasons of freezing of air conditioning coil of nuclear power station are analyzed and analyzed according to the different principles of flowing water freezing and still water freezing. In view of the different types of cold and hot water coils, the measures to cope with the freezing of coils are put forward respectively. The advantages of integrated windward heating coil in antifreeze are introduced, which provides a method for the antifreeze design of air conditioning equipment in nuclear power plants.
