用 L KB2 2 77生物活性检测系统研究了用含不同量 Na F饮水喂养的小白鼠红血细胞的代谢 .实验结果表明 ,其代谢产热曲线形状相似 ,单个细胞发热功率和平均产热 15 0× 10 - 6 g.m L- 1 组 >正常组 >5 0× 10 - 6 g.m L- 1组 ;产热曲线测定完毕后的样品 ATP浓度分析表明 ,系统中的 ATP浓度随饮水中 Na F浓度增加而减小 ,以正常组为最大 .从理论上对上述实验结果进行了探讨 .
LKB2 2 77 bioassay system was used to study the metabolism of red blood cells of mice fed with different amounts of NaF.The experimental results showed that the metabolic heat profiles of the mice were similar in shape, The concentration of ATP in the system was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
