混凝土企业并购重组依然是行业发展的热点问题,笔者结合新出台的法律政策和从事混凝土企业兼并重组法律事务的实践操作经验,介绍了并购重组中的新问题和操作建议。
The merger and reorganization of concrete enterprises is still a hot issue in the development of the industry. The author introduces the new problems and operational suggestions in mergers and acquisitions, combining with the newly introduced legal policies and practical operational experience in the legal affairs of mergers and acquisitions of concrete enterprises.
