CO2对产油微藻Scenedesmus dimorphus生长和产油特性的影响

研究鼓泡柱状反应器中产油微藻Scenedesmus dimorphus在不同CO2浓度(0.03%、10.00%和20.00%)下的生长状况和产油特性。结果显示,S.dimorphus可在10.00%~20.00%的CO2浓度下生长,且CO2浓度为10.00%时S.dimorphus生长最好,最大生物量浓度、CO2固定率和油脂含量分别为1.950g/L、0.224g/(L·d)和35.90wt%。不同CO2浓度条件下S.dimorphus主要脂肪酸组成均为C16~C18,CO2浓度为10.00%时总脂肪酸占生物量的比重最高,且总脂肪酸中PUFAs含量最大;同一CO2浓度条件下,S.dimorphus由对数期进入稳定期油脂含量提高。因此,S.dimorphus在固碳和生物柴油生产方面具有很大的潜力。 To study the growth and oil production of Scenedesmus dimorphus at different CO2 concentrations (0.03%, 10.00% and 20.00%) in a bubbling column reactor. The results showed that S. dimorphus grew at CO2 concentration of 10.00% ~ 20.00%, S. dimorphus grew best at CO2 concentration of 10.00%, and its maximum biomass concentration, CO2 fixation rate and oil content were 1.950g / L , 0.224 g / (L · d), and 35.90 wt%. Under the conditions of different CO2 concentrations, the main fatty acid composition of S.dimorphus was C16-C18, the highest proportion of total fatty acids in biomass and the highest content of total PUFAs in CO2 concentration of 10.00%. Under the same CO2 concentration, S.dimorphus was composed of Log phase into the stable period of fat content increased. As a result, S. dimorphus has great potential for carbon sequestration and biodiesel production.
