本文用X射线荧光分析(XRF)法,测定合肥市353名健康儿童头发11种微量元素的含量,经统计学处理,发现男女儿童头发中Cu、Zn、Fe等含量差异无显著性,而Ni和Sr两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.01),提示儿童发中部分微量元素因性别而异。在1~10岁年龄组的儿童处在生长发育期,其微量元素含量无显著变化,不需分组对比。通过与成人及外地儿童比较,发现头发微量元素的含量与年龄、地区密切相关。
In this paper, XRF method was used to determine the content of 11 kinds of trace elements in the hair of 353 healthy children in Hefei City. After statistical analysis, the contents of Cu, Zn and Fe in hair of boys and girls were not significantly different, while Ni And Sr (P <0.01), suggesting that some trace elements in children’s hair may vary according to gender. Children in the age group of 10 to 10 years of age in the growth and development, the trace element content no significant change, without group comparison. Compared with adults and children in the field, we found that the content of trace elements in hair is closely related to age and region.
