当代教师批改作业的负担并没有随着时代的前进而减轻,该如何使作业批改减负增效呢?一、分层批阅教师可先将作业分层,指定批改学生。根据好中差将学生分成8组,学生的作业分为三个层次上交。优秀生(8个组长)作业为上层,上交给老师;每组中等生的作业为中层,上交给该组组长;学困生的作业为下层,上交给老师。并给每个组长印发作业名单,便于教师在批改作业的过程中及时记录下进步或退步的学生。接着拟订方案,教师先行面批上层作业。然后组长分组批改中层作业,做好记录。教师重点面批下层作业。在前一次作业全部改完之后,下一次课堂
