川西地区新场区块须四段气藏为致密砂岩气藏,常规直井因泄气面积小,单井产量低,开发效益低。采用水平井钻井可大大增加泄气面积,提高气井产量,从根本上改善气藏的开发效果。X21-H井采用金属离子聚磺钻井液顺利完成这口水平段和裸眼井段长,且“直井段-造斜段-水平段”在同一开井眼的高难度井。金属离子聚磺钻井液具有优良的流变性、较强的岩屑携带能力和井壁稳定能力。
The Xu 4 reservoir in Xinchang block in western Sichuan area is a tight sandstone gas reservoir. Conventional vertical wells have low development benefits due to small area of gas leakage and low single well output. The use of horizontal well drilling can greatly increase the area of gas leakage, increase gas well production and fundamentally improve the development effect of gas reservoirs. X21-H wells using metal ion polysulfonate drilling fluid successfully completed this level of section and the length of the open hole, and the “straight section - inclined section - horizontal section” in the same open hole difficult wells. Metal ion polysulfonic drilling fluid has excellent rheology, strong cuttings carrying capacity and wall stability.
