随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展,医院对维持良好的医患关系越来越重视。医患会话是医患之间围绕“治疗患者疾病”这个相同目标来实施的一种有目的的对话,医患关系是医院和谐发展的重要前提,也是提升医院社会形象的重要保障。医护人员选择合适的会话礼貌策略能够增进医患人际关系,从而提升诊疗效果。本文主要是对基于面子理论的医患会话礼貌策略进行了探讨与分析,以期加强医护人员与患者之间的交流沟通,逐渐构建和谐良好的医患关系。
With the continuous development of medical and health services, the hospital is paying more and more attention to maintaining a good doctor-patient relationship. Doctor-patient conversation is a purposeful dialogue between doctors and patients around the same goal of “treating patients with diseases.” The doctor-patient relationship is an important prerequisite for the harmonious development of a hospital and an important guarantee for enhancing the hospital’s social image. Health care workers choose the appropriate conversation polite strategies to enhance the interpersonal relationships between doctors and patients so as to enhance the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes politeness strategies of doctor-patient dialogue based on face theory in order to strengthen the communication between medical staff and patients and gradually build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
