次贷,是指贷款机构给信用状况较差或收入较低没有还款能力证明或者其他负债较重的个人提供的贷款。由于美国的房地产市场降温,引发了次贷危机,并波及全球金融系统。由于中国金融市场对外开放程度很低,因此并未受到直接损失,但间接损失不可避免。此次的次贷危机对我国的金融业的安全与发展,特别是具体到我国商业银行的住房按揭贷款业务有很重要的警示作用。
Subprime mortgage refers to a loan provided by a lending institution to an individual whose credit status is poor or has low income, no proof of repayment ability or other indebtedness. As the United States real estate market cooling, triggered the subprime mortgage crisis, and spread to the global financial system. Due to the low level of opening up of China’s financial market, it has not suffered any direct losses, but indirect losses are inevitable. The subprime mortgage crisis has an important warning function to the security and development of China’s financial industry, especially to the mortgage loan business of commercial banks in our country.
