目的建立高效液相色谱法测定舒必利片含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:SHIMADZU shim-pack C18色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-含0.005mol/L辛烷磺酸钠的0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液,磷酸调节pH3.3(30:70);检测波长:291nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果果舒必利在20.07~501.75μg·ml-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),最低检出限为0.2μg/ml,三个浓度的回收率分别为100.1%,100.3%和99.4%;RSD分别为0.33%,0.26%和0.31%。结论本方法专属性好,准确、灵敏,适用于舒必利片的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of sulpiride tablets. Methods The HPLC conditions were as follows: SHIMADZU shim-pack C18 column; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.005mol / L sodium octane sulfonate and phosphoric acid to adjust pH3.3 (30:70); detection wavelength: 291 nm; flow rate: 1.0 ml min-1. Results Fructurate showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) with a peak area of 20.07 ~ 501.75μg · ml-1 with the detection limit of 0.2μg / ml. The recoveries of three concentrations were 100.1% , 100.3% and 99.4% respectively; RSD was 0.33%, 0.26% and 0.31% respectively. Conclusion The method is specific, accurate and sensitive and suitable for the determination of sulpiride tablets.
