人力资源外包服务商的选择是企业在实施人力资源外包过程中的一个关键环节,能否选择一个最佳的外包服务商是企业实施人力资源外包成功与否的重要条件。在分析选择外包服务商应该考虑因素的基础上,提出建立人力资源外包服务供应商选择的评价指标模型,运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对外包服务供应商进行评价,为企业在人力资源外包的选择问题上提供一种科学有效的方法。
