经过多次教学改革之后,初中教学水平有了非常明显的提升,随着教学改革的不断深入,班主任管理工作也受到了非常多的重视,成为了新一轮改革的重点内容。根据相关的数据显示,学生的学习情况不仅仅与科目教学相关,班主任管理工作也起着一定的重要作用。新课标倡导学生的全面发展,偏重于智育的教学时代已经远去,促进学生的全面发展才是时代发展的潮流,班主任管理工作对其起着非常大的作用。笔者将结合自己的实践经历,浅谈提升初中班主任管理工作效率的对策,希望对相关教育者起到部分的借鉴作用。 After many times of teaching reform, the teaching level of junior high school has been greatly improved.
