学校教师的教研与培训应有机结合、互相促进、相辅相成。在传统语文课例研究基础上,开展教育科研课题研究,促进研训有机结合;规范语文校本教研与培训的制度和程序,促进研训有机统一;在传统观摩研讨基础上开展同课多轮和同课异构的课例观摩研讨,提升语文校本教研与培训的水平。通过这些方式能有效促进语文教师专业成长,从而进一步推进素质教育,深化课程改革,提高学校教书育人质量。
School teachers teaching and research should be combined with each other, promote each other, complement each other.
