辽藁本化学成分研究

目的:研究辽藁本的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从辽藁本根及根茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个单体化合物,分别鉴别为Z,Z′-6,6′,7,3′α二聚藁本内酯(1)、川芎三萜(2)、十八碳二烯酸(3)、蔗糖(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、反式阿魏酸(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:化合物1~5为首次从该植物中获得。 Objective: To study the chemical composition of Liao Tung Ben. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven monomer compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of root and rhizome of Liao. The compounds were identified as Z, Z’-6,6 ’, 7,3’-dimer ligustilide (1), Chuanxiong triterpene (2), stearidonic acid (3), sucrose (4), daucosterol (5), trans-ferulic acid (6) and β-sitosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 5 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
