冷弯型钢冷弯效应随着钢板或钢带的厚度不同而不同,我国现行冷弯薄壁规范中考虑冷弯效应的强度设计值的计算方法,是针对厚度小于等于6mm提出的。通过从厚壁冷弯内卷边角钢截取平板、临近弯角以及弯角板件进行材料力学性能试验,研究厚壁冷弯型钢冷弯效应对钢材强度的影响。根据板件试样的实测数据,将我国现行冷弯薄壁型规范中考虑冷弯效应的强度设计值的计算方法进行修正,提出厚壁冷弯型钢考虑冷弯效应强度提高的设计公式,并通过轴心受压构件试验,将试验值与修正公式计算值进行对比分析。
The cold-formed effect of cold-formed steel varies with the thickness of the steel plate or strip. The calculation method for the strength design value of cold-formed thin-wall in current cold-formed thin-wall design is proposed based on the thickness less than or equal to 6mm. The effect of cold-bending effect on the strength of thick-walled cold-formed steel was studied by intercepting the slab, the adjacent corner and the bending plate from the thick-walled cold-rolled inner curled angle steel.
