目的研究姜黄素在体外对人肝癌细胞株SMMC7721细胞黏附、迁移及侵袭的抑制作用。方法分别以不同浓度姜黄素在体外处理SMMC7721细胞48 h,通过细胞黏附、迁移和侵袭实验观察姜黄素对SMMC7721细胞黏附力、运动力和侵袭力的影响。结果姜黄素20.0、40.0、60.0μmol/L处理SMMC7721细胞48 h,对细胞侵袭能力的抑制率分别为(17.31±1.78)%(、60.30±4.54)%(、100.00±0.00)%(P<0.01)。SMMC7721细胞迁移能力抑制率分别为(15.70±1.33)%(、41.90±3.34)%(、100.00±0.00)%(P<0.01)。姜黄素20.0、40.0、60.0μmol/L均能有效抑制SMMC7721细胞与Matrigel胶的黏附力。结论 姜黄素具有抑制人肝癌细胞体外侵袭和转移的作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of curcumin on the adhesion, migration and invasion of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC7721 in vitro. Methods SMMC7721 cells were treated with different concentrations of curcumin for 48 h in vitro. The effects of curcumin on the adhesion, motility and invasiveness of SMMC7721 cells were observed by cell adhesion, migration and invasion assay. Results The inhibition rate of curcumin on SMMC7721 cells treated with 20.0,40.0,60.0μmol / L of curcumin for 48 h were (17.31 ± 1.78)%, 60.30 ± 4.54%, 100.00 ± 0.00%, respectively (P <0.01) ). The inhibitory rates of SMMC7721 cell migration were (15.70 ± 1.33)% (, 41.90 ± 3.34)% (100.00 ± 0.00)% (P <0.01), respectively. Curcumin 20.0,40.0,60.0μmol / L could effectively inhibit the adhesion of SMMC7721 cells to Matrigel. Conclusion Curcumin inhibits the invasion and metastasis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro.
