目的:探讨采用钛合金成品桩结合树脂核技术修复后牙残冠的临床效果。方法:选择经过完善根管治疗的21例患者、26颗残冠进行根管预备,采用现代黏结技术将成品钛合金桩和流动树脂核材料粘固在一起,进行冠修复。结果:经过10年临床观察,21例患者中仅有4例患者的4颗牙修复失败,修复成功率达85%。X线片显示,经桩核冠修复后的残冠,其根尖周牙槽骨的硬骨板密度增强。结论:规范的根管治疗和有效的桩核加强可以恢复残冠的功能,有效保留患牙。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of repairing posterior teeth residual crown using finished titanium alloy post and resin core technology. Methods: Twenty-one patients with preserved root canals were prepared for root canal preparation. The advanced titanium alloy posts and the flowable resin core materials were cemented together using modern bonding technique, and the crown was repaired. Results: After 10 years of clinical observation, only 4 of the 21 patients had failed repair of 4 teeth, and the successful rate of repair was 85%. X-ray showed that the residual crown after the restoration by the post crown, the apical alveolar bone of the bone plate density increased. Conclusion: The standard root canal therapy and effective post-core reinforcement can restore the function of residual crowns and effectively preserve the affected teeth.
