本文研究了用离子研磨减薄仪制备电镜试样时由于离子束对样品的轰击所产生的加热效应。对于非晶Ni-P合金而言,这一加热效应导致样品温度的升高。有可能使样品中薄区出现局部晶化;从而使制得的薄膜样品无法保持原有的组织特征,这一事实应给予必要的重视。
In this paper, the effect of ionization on sample bombardment by electron beam milling was studied. For amorphous Ni-P alloys, this heating effect results in an increase in sample temperature. It is possible to cause localized crystallization of the thin regions in the sample; thus, the fact that the resulting film samples can not retain the original features of the tissue should be given the necessary attention.
