讨论了彩色 PDP显示单元工作时 VUV的测试原理与方法。通过建立以真空紫外光谱仪和电信号处理接口为核心的专用测试系统 ,实现了对 AC-PDP显示样板的 VUV强度和分布进行动态测试。在不同工作压强下 ,进行了 Ne、Xe混合气体 PDP显示单元工作状态的测试 ,得到了 VUV辐射曲线 ,147nm、15 2 nm和 173nm三条 VUV辐射相对强度的典型值是 :30∶ 12∶ 13
Discusses the test principle and method of VUV when color PDP display unit is working. Through the establishment of a dedicated test system with a vacuum ultraviolet spectrometer and an electrical signal processing interface as the core, the VUV intensity and distribution of the AC-PDP display model are dynamically tested. Under different operating pressures, the working conditions of the PDP display units of Ne, Xe mixed gas were tested and the VUV radiation curves were obtained.
