企业间的竞争就是各企业管理水平的较量。企业在激烈的市场竞争中取得高效益的关键是要有一套行之有效的管理方法。东台市唐洋水泥厂在实践中不断加大改革力度,总结出以包集体资产保值增值为核心的供应公开制、销售买断制、质量工资制、目标成本责任制的“四制一包”的经验,取得了明显的效果。1996年实现销售1820万元,利税205万元,分别比上年同期增长30%以上。今年以来,形势也十分看好。近日,笔者就“四制一包”的具体实施情况进行了调查。
