2006年以来,矿山储量动态监测在杭州矿政管理的作用,取得了长足进步;但是作为一项全新的制度,在其发展、实践中也暴露了一些问题。本文试图通过对储量动态监测在杭州的运用中的产生的一些问题进行分析,提出一些改进的想法,促进矿政管理机制逐步走向规范。 Since 2006, the dynamic monitoring of mine reserves has made great strides in the role of mine management in Hangzhou. However, as a new system, some problems have also been exposed in its development and practice. This paper attempts to analyze the problems arising from the operation of reserve monitoring in Hangzhou and puts forward some suggestions for improvement so as to promote the gradual development of the mechanism of mineral administration toward regulation.
