在市场经济不断发展、科学技术不断进步、全球经济一体化不断加强的今天,中小企业在我国占据了更为重要的发展地位。据相关统计,中小企业数量占据我国企业总数比例高达98%,全国工商注册的企业中,中小企业占据99%的比重,中小企业是推动国民经济发展,促进社会稳定的基础力量,是缓解就业压力、实现科教兴国、优化经济结构的推动支柱。然而,由于自身规模小及外部环境等限制,我国中小企业财务管理存在诸多问题,体制不健全、模式不完善、筹资渠道狭窄、经营者财务管理意识淡薄等现象可能置中小企业于发展瓶颈阶段。如何顺应新时期的发展要求,探寻并发现自身财务管理存在的问题,健全财务管理运行体制,是中小企业在激烈竞争中保持不败地位的关键举措。
