本文介绍一种用应变片实测轴承内部的润滑状态及其测试仪器。文章首先对应变技术测量轴承润滑膜的理论、试验装置、微机软硬件作了较为详细的介绍。还实测了几种润滑剂的轴承润滑膜厚度,并同理论计算结果进行比较。试验表明,采用本文介绍的实测方法和仪器,能较准确地判断轴承内部的润滑状态。
This paper presents a measurement of the strain gauge bearing internal lubrication state and its testing equipment. First of all, the article introduces the theory, testing device and computer hardware and software of bearing lubrication film for strain measurement. Also measured several lubricants bearing lubrication film thickness, and with the theoretical calculation results are compared. Experiments show that using the methods and instruments described in this article can accurately determine the internal bearing lubrication state.
