目的建立高效液相色谱法测定肝康颗粒中甘草酸单銨盐的含量。方法超声提取,使用Dikma C18(4.6mm×250mm,5um)色谱柱,甲醇-2%醋酸水溶液(68:32)为流动相,流速1mL/min;检测波长:250nm。结果此方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.14%,RSD=1.0%(n=6)。重现性试验的RSD=1.4%(n=6)。结论本方法分离良好,可用于肝康颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizin monoammonium salt in Gankang Granules. Methods Ultrasonic extraction was performed on a Dikma C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol - 2% acetic acid (68:32) at a flow rate of 1 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results The linearity of this method was good with an average recovery of 100.14% and RSD of 1.0% (n = 6). RSD for reproducibility test = 1.4% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is well separated and can be used for the quality control of Gankang Granules.
