在对现代认知语言学中的转喻研究进行阐述、分析的基础上,指出了转喻的概念本质,探讨了制约转喻生成和理解的认知语用因素,并进一步将转喻的认知语用理据与大学英语教学联系起来,提出利用转喻元认知策略来提高大学英语教学的建议。
On the basis of expatiating and analyzing the research of metonymy in modern cognitive linguistics, this paper points out the concept essence of metonymy, discusses the cognitive and pragmatic factors that restrict the formation and comprehension of metonymy, The reasoning of maths is linked with college English teaching, and the suggestion of using metacognition metacognitive strategies to improve college English teaching is put forward.
