农村社区服务类社会组织公共服务供给能力的实证研究在公共服务的便利性指标、实效性指标、保证性指标和吻合性指标层面上展开。基于实证研究得出的结论是社区居民难以获得便捷化的服务;服务供给效果不佳;服务供给保障能力不足;服务供给与需求不匹配。为此,要强化服务意识,提升服务的便捷性;坚持需求导向,排除行政干预;加强扶持与培育,构建长效发展机制;建立健全人才开发与引进机制,全面提升组织成员的素质。
The empirical research on the public service supply capacity of rural community service social organizations is carried out on the level of convenience, effectiveness, assurance and consistency of public services. The conclusion drawn from empirical research is that it is difficult for community residents to obtain convenient services; the service supply is not effective; the service supply capacity is insufficient; and the service supply and demand are not matched. To this end, we must strengthen service awareness and improve service convenience; adhere to the demand-oriented, remove administrative interference; strengthen support and nurture, build long-term development mechanism; establish and improve talent development and introduction of mechanisms to enhance the overall quality of members.
