目的:探究不同气道护理方式对机械通气(MV)患者微生物定植的影响.方法:将我院2013年6月至2015年6月期间收治的156例MV患者作为研究对象,依据气道护理方式的不同划分为参照组(76例)和研究组(80例),参照组给予常规吸痰的护理方式,研究组给予MV方式,对比两组的微生物定植、治疗有效率、微生物种类等情况.结果:参照组76例患者中,24h、48h、72h时该组中微生物定植的患者分别为13例、8例、8例;研究组80例患者中,24h、48h、72h时该组中微生物定植的患者分别为8例、5例、2例.对比结果具有显著差异(P<0.05).研究组患者中,48例为显效,23例有效,总治疗有效率为93.42%,参照组80例患者中,29例显效,21例,总治疗有效率为62.5%,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 :在机械通气的过程中给予综合化的护理干预,可降低微生物的定植率,疗效确切,具有较高的临床价值
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of different airway nursing methods on the microbial colonization in patients with mechanical ventilation (MV) .Methods: A total of 156 MV patients admitted from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. According to airway care (76 cases) and study group (80 cases). The reference group was given conventional nursing method of suctioning. The study group was given the MV method to compare the two groups of microorganism colonization, treatment efficiency and microbial species. Results: Among the 76 patients in the reference group, 13 patients, 8 patients and 8 patients were colonized with microbes in the group at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, respectively. Among the 80 patients in the study group, at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, There were 8 cases in colonization, 5 cases in 2 cases and 2 cases in control group (P <0.05), among which 48 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 93.42% 29 patients were markedly effective, 21 patients, the total effective rate was 62.5%, the difference was significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of mechanical ventilation can reduce the colonization rate of microorganisms , The exact effect, with high clinical value
