Mechanical Engineering Society of Zhejiang Province physics and chemistry test group founding assembly and academic exchange meeting under the leadership of the Provincial Institute of Mechanical Engineering and the provincial Bureau of Machinery in the Chinese Institute of Mechanical Engineering Institute of Physical and Chemical Testing with the specific help and guidance in 1981 March 8 to 11 held in Jiaxing City.
