从中国柳珊瑚Junceella squamata 分离出两个含氯二萜内酯化合物(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ).(Ⅰ)是新的化合物,命名为Junceellin,它的分子式为C_(28)H_(35)O(11)Cl,分子量为582,熔点272—274℃(未校正)。根据它的IR,NMR 和MS 谱推知它具有briarein—A 的骨架,含有四个乙酰氧基,两个末端双键,一个六元环醚,一个γ一内酯。这一结论也被X 光衍射分析所证实。化合物(Ⅱ)根据波谱数据的对照被认为是与“中国柳珊瑚化学成分的研究(Ⅲ)”所报道的化合物praeloide 相同,(Ⅰ)很可能是(Ⅱ)的前身。
Two chlorinated diterpene lactones (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) were isolated from Junceella squamata of China. (Ⅰ) is a new compound named Junceellin with the molecular formula of C 28 H 35 O (11) Cl, molecular weight 582, mp 272-274 ° C (uncorrected). It has been deduced from its IR, NMR and MS spectra to have a briarein-A backbone containing four acetoxy groups, two terminal double bonds, a six-membered cyclic ether and a gamma-lactone. This conclusion is also confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The control of compound (II) based on spectral data is considered to be the same as the compound praeloide reported in “Studies on Chemical Constituents of Salix chinensis (Ⅲ)”, and (I) is probably the predecessor of (II).
